Draft Precinct Planning Guidelines
The preparation of a set of generic Precinct Planning Guidelines is one of the deliverables under the Hobart City Deal. The intention is to develop an agreed set of guidelines to provide a common framework for precinct planning associated with the City Deal and the Greater Hobart Act Work Program. The draft Guidelines will be further consulted on to refine them and then reviewed in the light of the Central Hobart Precincts Plan process to test the practicality against a real precinct planning exercise.
